That's right, you read it correctly! Obama said Monday that he was revamping American nuclear strategy to substantially narrow the conditions under which the United States would use nuclear weapons, even in self-defense! Even if they attacked the United States with biological or chemical weapons! We can not respond with Nuclear Weapons unless they use them first!
This guy is a a military moron and is probably taking advise from Jimmy Carter. This Jerk-off is going to get us all killed.
And another thing, why tell a potential enemy in advance that he will not receive a nuclear bomb unless it meets the criteria of our new Dear Leader's executive orders!
That being said, let me get this straight. We have nukes but will not use them, even if attacked any other way first. Iran wants nukes and is threatening to use them to wipe Israel off the face of the earth. And now they know that we are not a threat to them at all!
So in other words, let me put it this way...
If some rogue nation (non-nuclear) now chooses to attack us with biological or chemical weapons (perhaps causing mass casualties in excess of the 9/11/2001 attacks) they might feel slightly emboldened precisely because we have committed in advance (and in exchange for nothing) not to nuke them, under any circumstances .
